Shipping and Return Information

All goods are shipped Internationally nearly to all countries directly from Russia, St.Petersburg.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business after acceptance of payment. This time is necessary to pack the goods and to prepare documents for custom as all goods are sent from St.Petersburg, Russia. We use Registered International Airmail to ship our figurines world-wide (to any country).

International Airmail is a registered method of delivery that requires your signature when you receive a parcel. Delivery usually takes 2 weeks. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight of the goods and are counted automatically at your shopping cart.
Russian postal service provides with tracking numbers that can be used only inside Russian postal system so it does not allow to track the shipping outside Russia.

In holiday seasons (Christmas, Easter) shipping may take a little bit longer

Shipping and Handling Fees

It is very easy to count shipping cost. Minimum shipping fee is $6.00 but if cost of figurines exceeds $50 (aproximately 18 figurines) we offer FREE shipping.

Return policy

If you find some faults in goods that you received or you feel that received not what you expected you can return items back within two weeks. You may get other things (the same or similar at your choice) or get your payment back. In any case you have to send us via e-mail a request with your wish to return goods.

If you want to exchange goods you have to inform us about it by e-mail and to reserved desired things. Then you need return received items by regular mail at your expenses . As soon as we receive that goods back we will send you reserved items.

• Product Return Request

Russian Crafts accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. We will gladly credit the original credit card, PayPal account, or issue an Russian Crafts Gift Certificate for items returned in new, unused condition.

• Exchanges

Many  goods which are sold at the Russian Crafts site exist in one copy only as they are hand made so we can not guarantee you an exchange for exactly the same items but we will be glad to exchange for other similar item. If you wish to exchange the received item, please, inform us through the  contact us form. Just let us know about your wish to exchange and we will send you other goods not waiting untill we receive the goods from your side.

• Misship, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. We will return money for the damaged item(s) or replace it with other item(s) at your choice.

• Refusal of Shipments

If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Russian Crafts. If you refuse from your package at the post office before receiving it the shipment will be returned at no cost from your side
